Introduction:

Since our company set up in year 2003, we are specified in designing, developing and producing rubber sealing cups in braking application. The rubber cups we produced are including kinds of piston and plunger rubber cups such as main rubber cup,secondary rubber cup and braking pump rubber cup in braking cylinder application.

Most of Raw materials for our rubber parts are all imported. Processes are stable with advanced recipes. We always win customer’s good reputation.


Product Tolerance Assurance Capability

1.The current acceptance standard for general size of rubber is set and guaranteed with reference to ISO 3302-1.

2.The size tolerance of the dividing pump rubber cup and the piston rubber cup is M2 grade; Vacuum booster dust cover, caliper dust cover size tolerance using M3 grade (assembly parts using M1 grade); The dimension tolerance of plunger type rubber cup is M1 grade.

3.The above is only for general brake products tolerance acceptance standards, if there are special requirements, can be customized according to customer standards.

Rubber Cup Function & Technical Performance

1.Functions: the main leather bowl provides sealing and fluid replenishment functions; Auxiliary leather bowl sealing function.

2.Operating temperature: -40℃~120℃.

3.Main technical requirements:

● Material: EPDM (EPDM requires post cure   150℃*2H).

● Hardness (Shore A) : 60; 65; 70.

● Elongation: > 250%, different according to hardness.

● Tearing strength: greater than 12Mpa.

● Compression permanent deformation: less than 30%. (120 ℃ * 70 h)

● Finished product life test: room temperature: 1 million times.

● Product testing: hardness, size.

2.Main Technical Features of Rubber Cup Design

(1)The interference of the main cylinder is generally designed in about 1 mm, the sealing surface design of the outer lip mouth has many grooves, the size of the outer bottom is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the main cylinder (different sizes of the structure), the sealing area of the outer diameter is designed as a horn shape, and the outer lip mouth should keep sharp Angle as far as possible.

● The lower end of the product is designed in an r-shape to prevent stress concentration and "squeeze gap".

● The main rubber cup generally has a reflux tank, which is conducive to oil recovery.

● The inner and outer lip height is designed to be inconsistent or to be convex.

(2)The product has the requirement of cleanliness (the product surface is not clean, there will be many impurities and small particles, after the assembly, the impurities and small particles will move in the brake fluid, causing wear in the sealing ring area of the rubber cup, and finally leading to assembly leakage failure).

3.Main Technical Features of Rubber Cup Design

The filling channel is changed to the upper lip. In order to improve the strength of the lip and increase the empty stroke of the middle support, the size of the upper hole of the piston and the root of the leather bowl is completely dependent on the deformation of the leather bowl. This product has a good prospect in the future. It will be used in all future IPB projects with electric and automatic driving technologies and no vacuum booster.
